Enrol your child at Les Écoles Melrose

Preschool, primary and middle school in El Jadida. Tell us your child's age and the level you have in mind: we will let you know what places are free and invite you in for a visit.

We answer every enquiry — usually within 48 working hours.

Enrolment enquiry

Ask about a place or a visit

A few details are enough to get started. The school office will call you back to arrange a visit and to give you the list of documents you will need.

This form commits you to nothing. We will get back to you by phone, WhatsApp or email — usually within 48 working hours.

This is the quickest way for us to reach you.

In years, at the start of the school year.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. When you send, WhatsApp opens with your enquiry already written out: you read it over and press "send". Nothing is sent before that, and your details do not pass through any other service.

How it works

Enrolment in four steps

Nothing complicated: a first contact, a visit, a file, a confirmed place. You deal with the same person from start to finish.

  1. Get in touch

By form, WhatsApp or phone. Tell us your child's age and the level you are looking for — that is what lets us check which places are free.

  2. Visit the school

We show you around, introduce you to the team and answer your questions, with no obligation.

  3. Put the file together

We give you the exact list of documents to provide and, depending on the level, arrange a meeting or a placement assessment.

  4. Confirm the enrolment

Once the file is approved, your child's place is reserved and we prepare their arrival with the teacher who will be welcoming them.

Preparing the file

What to expect

You do not need to prepare anything to write to us. These items only come into play when the enrolment is confirmed.

Documents usually requested

As in most private schools in Morocco, a file is put together when the enrolment is finalised. The documents below are the ones that are usually requested; the school office will give you the exact, up-to-date list when you visit.

  • A copy of the child's birth certificate
  • Recent passport photographs
  • The school certificate or last year's report, for a child already in school
  • The child's medical records (health record book, vaccinations)

An indicative list — it can vary with the level and the child's situation.

School fees

Fees depend on the level and on the services you choose. Rather than showing a figure that would not match your situation, we prefer to send you the full, up-to-date schedule: registration fee, tuition, and any additional services.

Asking takes a minute — just write "fee schedule" in your message, or send us a WhatsApp.

Frequently asked questions

What parents ask us most

From what age do you take children?

Preschool takes children from around the age of 3, in the lower, middle and upper preschool years. Children then continue into primary school and middle school, in the same establishment.

Can we visit the school before deciding?

Yes, and we recommend it. We welcome families all year round, by appointment: a tour of the premises and a conversation with the head of school, with no obligation. Call us or ask for a visit through the form.

Is there an entrance test?

Depending on the level requested, we arrange a meeting with the family and, for children already in school, a placement assessment. It is there to understand where the child is and to settle them into the right class — not to rank them.

Can a child join partway through the year?

Yes, when a place is free in the year group concerned. Tell us your child's current class in your message: we will come back to you quickly about availability.

What are the school fees?

They vary by level. Ask us for the current fee schedule by phone, on WhatsApp or through the form: we will send it to you with the registration fee and tuition set out in full.

Up to what level does the school take pupils?

From preschool up to Year 3 of middle school. Les Écoles Melrose has no secondary school: we prepare pupils for the national lower-secondary certificate (brevet) and help families choose where they go next.
